What we are glad to hear about

• Corrections. If an entry describes something that has closed, changed or was never quite right, tell us what it should say and we will check it and amend the page.
• Suggestions for hotels that belong in one of the four categories, with a sentence on why.
• Questions about how the index is put together, how entries are chosen, or what the gauges mean.
• Press and syndication questions about the written entries.

What we cannot help with

We are not a booking agent and hold no reservations, no availability data and no access to any hotel's system. We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a booking, and we cannot pass a request on to a property. For anything to do with a stay — dates, rates, accessibility, cancellation — contact the hotel directly; its own reservations team is the only place that information exists.

We also cannot help with gaming accounts, loyalty programmes, comps or winnings at any casino hotel listed here. Those are handled by the property and its regulator, never by us.

We do not sell listings, placement or coverage, and an entry cannot be bought. Messages offering payment for inclusion get a short, polite no.
